We provide a full media service for editorial members of the press, our online press service includes the facilities to download press releases, both from the Stuff Live organiser and exhibitors; download relevant photos and logos and contact Stuart Higgins directly for any personal press service you might require.

Here is how to make the most out of your press team:

EXHIBITOR PRESS OPPORTUNITIES

As an exhibitor you will realise the huge value in having media presence around the show, from driving awareness and footfall to the show, to positive reviews and coverage of your brand.

With that in mind our press team has a range of opportunities available for you to get involved in.

Pre Event PR Opportunities:

We offer you the opportunity to work with our PR team to drive footfall to your stand including; announcements of your planned show activity, product launches, stunts, mentions of key products across all listings and preview coverage, and making the media aware of any special features and events happening from your stand.

On Site Show Activity:

During the show our press team with invite a number of the world’s key media to visit and review your stands. This will cover broadcast, online, print and national media, giving you the opportunity to interact with the media and showcase your products to a wide range of the consumer, and trade press.

Post Show Activity:

With specifically placed features and media attendees over the weekend there will be plenty of opportunities to ensure your brand is featured in reviews and write-ups of the shows activities, generating positive post-show PR for your brand.

Press Release Announcements:

One of the most valuable tools used to communicate your brand’s message to the media. Press releases can be made available through our press office ensure key media have unlimited access to all of your brands’ information, keeping them informed throughout Stuff Live 2008.

PRESS OFFICE FACILITIES

Visiting the press office at an exhibition can often be a timely, confusing and an unrewarding experience, so this year we have devised a completely digital press office to help improve their experience.

Digital press packs

Downloadable via a branded USB stick. Preventing unnecessary waste and carrying copious numbers of press packs around. For the exhibitor this removes the hard work and additional cost of putting together paper press packs. It also underlines the fact that the show is leading the way in the modern Hi-tech environment.

Refreshments & Relaxation:

The press office will be a comfortable “office away from the office” with a number of internet equipped work stations, soft leather sofas and refreshments.

VISITORS

Through the press service, visitors will be kept updated in the months leading up to Stuff Live with the latest news from the organisers, exhibitors and feature areas.
